Primary Offices: Big Rapids and Grand Rapids, Michigan

Service Area: Big Rapids, Reed City, Stanwood, and Grand Rapids
Travel Required: Regular travel between seven clinical sites is an essential function of this position. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
About Us
We are a physician-owned, multi-entity healthcare organization operating seven clinical sites throughout West Michigan, including four primary care clinics, two ambulatory surgery centers, and one pain management practice.
We are seeking a dedicated, full-time Healthcare IT Systems Administrator to serve as the primary in-house IT resource for our affiliated healthcare organizations. This individual will oversee the technology needs of all seven clinical sites while partnering with leadership to maintain a secure, reliable, and efficient technology environment.
As our organization continues to modernize, we are investing in a cloud-first technology strategy by transitioning away from traditional on-premise servers and infrastructure. Our technology environment includes Google Chrome Enterprise and/or Microsoft Intune for endpoint and identity management, Cisco Meraki networking, and cloud-based technologies that support our clinical and business operations.
This position offers a unique opportunity for an experienced healthcare IT professional who enjoys taking ownership of an organization's technology environment from end to end. Rather than supporting multiple unrelated clients, you will become an integral member of our healthcare team, building relationships with physicians, providers, and staff while helping shape the future of technology across our organization.
This is a hands-on position requiring regular travel between all clinical sites. The ideal candidate has prior healthcare IT experience, enjoys solving technical challenges, works well independently, and understands the importance of minimizing technology disruptions in a patient care environment.
