Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Full Stack Systems Engineer specializing in React, Fabric, and Generative Orchestration. In this role, you will drive the development of scalable, high-performance web applications and systems that leverage cutting-edge technologies. Your expertise will help shape innovative solutions that enhance user experiences and streamline backend processes, ensuring our platform remains at the forefront of online education.

The Mission: You aren't here to grind out boilerplate; you are here to orchestrate complex systems. You will use our proprietary build engine and modern LLMs to ship production-grade applications at a pace that traditional dev teams think is impossible.

The Hybrid Requirement:

The Viber: You must be a master of Spec-Driven Development (SDD). You know how to write precise, high-fidelity specs that allow generative tools to produce 90% of the codebase in minutes.
The Coder: You must "know your stuff" backwards and forwards. When the "vibe" breaks, you don't get stuck. You dive into the manual React hooks, the Fabric (Fluent UI) component logic, or the AWS Lambda logs and fix it by hand. You are a generalist who can navigate any part of the stack.

Key Responsibilities:

Rapid UI/UX Build-outs: Lead the development of internal web applications using React and the Fabric/Fluent UI ecosystem.
Architectural Guardrails: Ensure that high-velocity AI-generated code meets enterprise standards for security, performance, and scalability.
Full-Stack Ownership: Manage everything from state management and API integration to deployment pipelines via GitHub and AWS.
Internal R&D: Help refine and "break" the proprietary build tools we are creating to automate our own development.

Requirements:

Elite React/Fabric Mastery: You understand component lifecycles and the Fabric architecture at a granular level.
Professional Generative Workflow: Proven experience using AI/LLMs as a primary development partner. You don't just prompt; you orchestrate.
Deep Generalist Foundation: You understand the "Why" behind the "How." You are comfortable with database design, API structures, and cloud infrastructure.
Python (Plus): While our immediate focus is the "glass" (frontend), Python knowledge is a major asset for our agentic backend roadmap.
