About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Solderer to join our electronics manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for soldering through-hole and surface mount (SMT) components on printed circuit boards (PCBs) and assemblies, ensuring top-quality connections that meet industry standards.

Responsibilities
- Perform soldering of through-hole, SMT, and other electronic components.
- Use hand soldering, wave soldering, and reflow soldering techniques.
- Inspect solder joints to ensure quality (no cold joints, bridges, or shorts).
- Rework and desolder defective connections.
- Handle delicate components with care and follow schematics/blueprints.
- Document defects, maintain records, and log production data.
- Follow IPC-A-610 standards and all safety guidelines.
- Maintain clean, calibrated, and properly functioning soldering equipment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Previous soldering experience in manufacturing required.
- Technical training/certification in soldering is a plus.
- Knowledge of SMT and through-hole soldering.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and ability to work with small components.
- Ability to read technical documentation and schematics.
