Strategic Enterprise Sales Executive – Swag Solutions

Our flagship platform, Swag Solutions, helps universities, government agencies, healthcare organizations, corporations, and enterprise print providers grow revenue, expand their service offerings, and simplify the management of branded merchandise programs through a powerful white-label e-commerce and fulfillment platform.

As Swag Solutions continues its rapid growth, we're looking for an experienced Strategic Enterprise Sales Executive to help expand our presence within higher education, government, healthcare, and other enterprise markets.

This role focuses on building relationships with leaders of institutional print and marketing operations within higher education, government, healthcare, and other enterprise organizations, helping them expand their capabilities, grow revenue, and deliver greater value to the organizations they serve.

This is a true hunter role for someone who enjoys creating opportunities, building relationships, and closing complex, consultative sales.

The Opportunity

As a Strategic Enterprise Sales Executive, you'll own the entire sales process—from identifying opportunities and conducting discovery conversations through proposal, negotiation, and close. You'll work directly with senior decision-makers, helping organizations expand their capabilities, generate new revenue opportunities, and modernize the way they manage branded merchandise through innovative business solutions.

You'll represent a differentiated platform backed by nearly 30 years of industry leadership while helping customers solve meaningful business challenges and uncover new opportunities for growth.

What You'll Do

Enterprise Sales

Develop new enterprise opportunities within higher education, government, healthcare, and other institutional markets.
Own the full sales cycle from initial engagement through signed agreement.
Conduct consultative discovery meetings to understand customer objectives and business challenges.
Present tailored Swag Solutions demonstrations and business solutions aligned with each customer's goals.
Negotiate agreements and close strategic enterprise opportunities.

Pipeline Management

Build and maintain a healthy, predictable sales pipeline.
Accurately forecast revenue and manage opportunities within the CRM.
Prioritize high-value opportunities while maintaining consistent business development activity.

Relationship Building

Build trusted relationships with directors, executives, and other key decision-makers.
Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the sales process and initial implementation.
Represent Swag Solutions at client meetings, conferences, trade shows, and select industry events.

Performance

Consistently achieve or exceed sales goals.
Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline reporting, and revenue forecasts.
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and leadership to continually improve customer engagement and sales effectiveness.

Qualifications

Experience

4+ years of successful B2B sales experience with a strong emphasis on new business development.
Demonstrated success selling into enterprise or mid-market organizations.
Experience selling to higher education, government, healthcare, institutional organizations, or other complex B2B environments is a plus.
Experience in SaaS, promotional products, e-commerce, print, or related B2B industries is highly preferred.

Skills

Proven ability to prospect, build relationships, and close complex enterprise opportunities.
Strong consultative selling and discovery skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
Comfortable navigating multi-stakeholder buying processes.
Highly self-motivated, competitive, and results-oriented.
Proficient with CRM platforms, Microsoft 365, and modern sales technologies.
