About Us:

We are a growing beauty and wellness company looking for an experienced Licensed Cosmetologist to serve as both a Facility Manager and Lead Service Provider. This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys leadership, operations, and providing exceptional guest experiences.

This role combines management responsibilities with hands-on cosmetology services, making it ideal for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and isn’t afraid to wear multiple hats.

Responsibilities

Leadership & Facility Management

Oversee the daily operations of the Bainbridge location.
Supervise warehouse deliveries, inventory, and supply organization.
Manage company assets, equipment, and inventory.
Coordinate maintenance and upkeep of facility.
Ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
Assist with hiring, coaching, and developing team members.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional facility.
Work closely with executive leadership to improve operational efficiency.

Cosmetology Services

Perform professional waxing services for both female and male clients.
Perform salon services including haircuts, shampooing, styling, blowouts, and other licensed cosmetology services.
Perform luxury Head Spa services.
Recommend retail products and educate guests on home care.
Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining company service standards.

Qualifications

Active Georgia Cosmetology License (Required)
Previous management or leadership experience preferred.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Experience with inventory, warehouse operations, or facilities management is a plus.
Comfortable performing full-body waxing services on both men and women.
Experience with haircutting, styling, and salon services.
Ability to multitask and lead by example.
Reliable transportation.
