Security State Bank is seeking an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to join our team. The Executive Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for the CEO and works closely with the Executive Management Team, Senior Leadership Team, and Board of Directors. This role provides comprehensive administrative and organizational support, helping to ensure the efficient operation of executive leadership functions and strategic initiatives across the Bank.

The Executive Assistant is responsible for performing a broad range of secretarial and administrative duties in support of the CEO, including managing an active calendar of appointments and meetings, handling and prioritizing communications, composing correspondence, coordinating travel and events, researching and managing special projects, and preparing meeting agendas and materials.

This position also serves as a liaison to the Board of Directors and senior management teams, organizing and coordinating executive and board meetings while maintaining accurate records and supporting governance-related activities. The Executive Assistant oversees special projects and ensures timely follow-up on key initiatives and action items.

Success in this role requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, exercise sound judgment, and proactively identify solutions to challenges. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills while maintaining the highest level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality. This position is responsible for maintaining and projecting a positive and professional image of Security State Bank through all telephone, written, and in-person interactions.

This is an exempt, salaried position with an annual salary range of $55,000–$62,000, depending on qualifications and experience. Previous banking and administrative support experience is preferred but not required.
