EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION:
Every 30 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as one year of experience towards the six years of full-time work experience in any field. The maximum substitution allowed is 120 semester hours which substitutes for a maximum of four years of experience in any field.
Job Duties:

Coordinate and track system changes that affect the reporting of the agency taxes including receivables and payables.
Coordinate with software developers to create development and testing needs and complete management review documentation.
Develop, write, and generate reports in Microsoft SQL Server database using strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities, along with thorough knowledge of relational database theory and practice.
Define test scenarios for preliminary testing and final validation for the division with focus on application and process dependencies.
Document and consolidate test results and monitor follow-up actions. Provide direct feedback to the director and assistant director of test results.
Organizes and coordinates work activities for testing and system-change validation to minimize rework and take advantage of cross, functional and related processes.
Coordinate system change activities with internal and external developers, internal lT analyst and application programmers throughout development, testing, and migration into production.
Communicates and bridges the gap between the Office of Technology Services (OTS) and business core functions relating to all revenue and refunds applications and systems.
