Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Research Study Coordinator to join our clinical research team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and management of clinical studies, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and ethical guidelines. Your expertise will drive the successful completion of research projects that contribute to advancing healthcare knowledge and patient outcomes. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of clinical research, working closely with healthcare professionals, patients, and regulatory bodies to deliver impactful results.

Responsibilities

Coordinate all aspects of clinical trial activities, including participant recruitment, scheduling, and follow-up to ensure smooth study operations.
Review and verify study documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with FDA regulations, ICH GCP standards, and healthcare privacy laws such as HIPAA.
Monitor patient progress by collecting vital signs, blood samples through phlebotomy, and tracking clinical data in electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
Manage data collection processes using CDISC standards and statistical software to support data analysis and reporting.
Supervise research staff and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to maintain high standards of research integrity and ethical compliance.
Ensure proper documentation review, including consent forms, case report forms (CRFs), and regulatory documents.
Oversee adherence to clinical laboratory procedures and blood sampling protocols while maintaining safety protocols for patient monitoring.

Skills

Proven supervising experience in a clinical or research setting with strong project management skills.
Extensive knowledge of clinical trials management, including FDA regulations, ICH GCP guidelines, and healthcare compliance standards such as HIPAA.
Proficiency in medical terminology, data management tools, statistical software, and EMR systems.
Experience with clinical laboratory procedures such as blood sampling (phlebotomy), vital signs measurement, and analysis skills.
Familiarity with CDISC standards for data collection and analysis in clinical research projects.
Strong understanding of clinical development processes, research ethics, and regulatory documentation review.
Certification in ICH GCP or equivalent (e.g., CA certification from a recognized issuer) is highly desirable.
Must be Bilingual
