Corporate Development Manager

$200,000-$250,000 base salary (depending on experience)

Greater Phoenix, AZ (Remote)

Vaco has partnered with a rapidly growing tech company to hire a Corporate Development Manager. This role will lead strategic transaction activity across acquisitions, capital raises, and divestitures while partnering closely with executive leadership on growth initiatives. You’ll play a key role in financial modeling, due diligence, and transaction execution within a fast-paced, high-growth environment. If this aligns with your experience, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities include:

Lead end-to-end execution of capital raises, acquisitions, and divestitures from diligence through close.
Manage transaction timelines, data rooms, stakeholder coordination, and communication across internal teams and external advisors.
Build and maintain complex financial models, valuation analyses, and capital structure scenarios to support strategic transactions.
Drive buy-side and sell-side due diligence, including financial analysis, deal materials, and executive preparation for investor discussions.
Conduct market and competitive analysis to evaluate growth opportunities, acquisition targets, and strategic partnerships.

Requirements:

5+ years of Investment banking and Corporate development or M&A experience required
Tech or SaaS industry transaction experience required
Financial modeling and valuation experience required
Executive-level presentation and communication skills required
