About us

TAC Operating Co. is the parent organization for two distinct brands, each with its own audience, channels, and growth motion: PC Enclosures B2B company that sells industrial protective enclosures (NEMA-rated TV, computer, printer, and monitor enclosures), sales-led with technical buyers, resellers, tradeshows. Backyard Snowstorm is a Direct-to-consumer company that sells residential snow makers. It is brand-led, community-driven, with a Shopify store, mobile app, weather integrations, and seasonal demand cycles.

Why This Role Exists

Marketing across two brands currently runs through a small team. To scale execution and free leadership to focus on strategy, brand, and growth, we are hiring a Marketing Specialist to own the day-to-day production and execution engine for content, copy, paid traffic, lifecycle communication, SEO, and account/influencer management for both brands.

Position Summary

The Marketing Specialist is the primary executor of marketing programs across PC Enclosures and Backyard Snowstorm. This role takes strategy from the Marketing Manager and turns it into shipped work: content calendars filled, ads launched and optimized, SEO improved, emails sent, listings refreshed, influencers managed, and customer communication kept consistent. This is a hands-on, high-output role for someone who can context-switch between a B2B industrial brand, and a D2C lifestyle product without losing the voice of any of them.

Required Qualifications

3+ years in a marketing role with hands-on execution (Preferred: across multiple channels)
Demonstrated experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads (provide account history or case studies)
Strong copywriter — able to adapt voice across B2B technical and D2C lifestyle audiences
Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals (keyword research, on-page optimization, meta data)
Experience with at least one e-commerce platform (Shopify, WooCommerce)
Experience with email marketing platforms (MailChimp, Klaviyo, or similar)
Highly organized — can run a content calendar without dropping balls across multiple brands

Preferred Qualifications

Experience marketing both B2B and B2C in the same role.
Experience with website design (Shopify, Wordpress).
Experience managing influencers or sponsorships.
Familiarity with GA4, Google Search Console, and basic conversion tracking.
Comfortable with AI tools for content production and streamlining processes.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
