You’ll Love This Role

As our AutoCAD Specialist, you won’t just be drawing lines — you’ll be building the technical backbone that powers every event we deliver. This is an advanced, ownership-driven role where your expertise directly shapes what happens on the ground at some of the world’s most iconic events.

You’ll own Arena’s CAD library, drive critical data that fuels our operations and sales teams, and partner with talented designers to bring complex projects to life — all in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your contributions are genuinely valued.

️ How You’ll Make an Impact

Own and grow Arena’s CAD libraries — developing detailed drawings of products and event systems that the whole company depends on
Extract and manage data to generate accurate bill of materials exports that support operations, sales, and production teams
Collaborate with the Design Team to deliver project work on time and to spec — no two projects are the same
Produce clear, polished technical documents and drawings that leave nothing open to interpretation
Independently identify and resolve technical challenges as they arise — you’re the go-to problem solver
Plan and execute assigned projects, presenting periodic progress updates to keep the team informed
Stay organized and thrive across multiple concurrent priorities without missing a beat

The Foundation You Already Have

We’re looking for a technically sharp, detail-driven professional who brings a solutions-first mindset and a passion for precision.

Associate’s degree in Drafting Technology, Engineering Technology, Architecture, or a related field with 3+ years of experience; OR a Bachelor’s degree in a related field; OR a technical/vocational certificate in CAD or drafting with 5+ years; OR a high school diploma with 7+ years of hands-on experience
Proficiency in 2D and 3D AutoCAD — including data extraction, block setup and maintenance, dynamic and annotative blocks, and importing/exporting drawing formats
Ability to plan, execute, and present projects with a strong sense of ownership and urgency
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Clear and effective communicator — comfortable collaborating across teams and departments
Detail-oriented with a solutions-first mindset and a consistently positive attitude

Bonus Points If You Have These

REVIT experience — building and maintaining models with embedded bill of materials data, collaborating across departments, and knowing when to reach for AutoCAD vs. REVIT is highly preferred
Familiarity with SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, or GIS applications is a welcome addition to your toolkit
