Details: We are looking for a Presales Engineer - to support technical pre-sales activities for Everpure (ex-Pure Storage) solutions in Georgia, Armenia & Azerbaijan. This role acts as a technical evangelist for Everpure within ASBIS, working with sales teams, partners, end customers, and Everpure representatives on solution design, opportunity support, and technical enablement. The position is a contingent worker role with an Everpure email ID, with access to Everpure training, tools, knowledge base, and certification programs at SE/AE level.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in presales, systems engineering, or solution architecture (vendor/distributor/SI).
Strong understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, including storage, servers, virtualization, backup, networking, cloud & security.
Experience with solution sizing, configuration validation, and technical support.
Strong customer-facing presentation and communication skills.
VMware, Microsoft or Citrix virtualization knowledge.
Experience with Windows/Linux server environments.
Fluent English & Georgian, Russian is a plus.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Willingness to support customers and partners across the region when needed.

Preferred qualifications

Certifications from storage/server/infrastructure vendors are a plus.
Understanding of main concepts of AI/HPC, networking, hybrid infrastructure architectures.
Experience with PoC environments, customer demos, and solutions validation.
Experience with backup solutions (e.g. Veeam, Commvault, Veritas, IBM Spectrum Protect).

Functions

Act as technical Everpure evangelist within the distributor.
Be trained and certified at the same level as an Everpure SE, including full access to Everpure technical enablement programs.
Support sales teams with solution design, sizing, competitive comparison and technical positioning.
Prepare and validate BOMs, technical proposals, RFP responses, and configuration/quotation accuracy.
Train and enable internal teams on Everpure products, value proposition and solution use cases.
Lead Proof of Concept (PoC) activities, customer-facing technical presentations, workshops and demand generation events.
Lead installation-related activities.
Track and support technical status of opportunities together with sales teams.
Participate in bi-weekly syncs with Everpure PTM/PAM teams.
Quickly resolving service cases, be able to involve ASBIS and Everpure resources for resolving non-standard cases.
