Please note that this is an on-site position in Leander, TX. Being able to come into the office is a necessity.

Responsibilities:

Acts as a liaison and field escalation focal point between customers and factory.
Provide Alpha Site Support to Engineering. Specifically related to installation, operation,calibration, service and/or testing of a new hardware, process or software design in house on an engineering tool.
Provides Beta Site Support. Specifically related to installation, operation, calibration, service and/or testing of a new hardware, process or software design.
Provide expert on-site technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for complex electro-mechanical systems at customer facilities. Perform complete installation/relocation start-up services.
Troubleshoot equipment problems and conduct diagnostic procedures to isolate problems and take steps to minimize downtime or system interruptions and eliminate equipment malfunctions. Determine corrective actions as required.
Provide presentations to customers on system upgrades, support plans, technical demonstrations.
Conduct training sessions for customers and internal teams, sharing knowledge and expertise on equipment operation and maintenance best practices.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, engineering, and sales, to address customer needs and provide feedback for product improvement.
Create and maintain detailed service reports, technical documentation, and equipment manuals.
Provide technical instruction and mentoring for junior-level engineers.
May perform other related duties as assigned by or requested by the manager.

Qualifications:

B.S. Level Degree in Electrical Engineering and 3 to 6 years of relevant experience
Exceptional communication skills.
Quick comprehension of semiconductor front-end equipment.
Prior knowledge of semiconductor OEM products and customer base.
