Full Job Description

About Us

We are an established Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) specializing in IT, professional, and technical staffing solutions for Fortune 500 companies, consulting firms, utilities, and government agencies. Following the award of a major national staffing program, we are expanding our recruiting team and looking for an experienced recruiter who can make an immediate impact.

The Role

This is not an entry-level recruiting position. We are looking for an experienced MSP/VMS recruiter who can work independently with little to no supervision.

You will manage the entire recruiting lifecycle, including:

· Reviewing and prioritizing incoming job orders

· Sourcing, recruiting, and qualifying candidates

· Building candidate commitment and closing top talent

· Preparing and submitting candidates to clients

· Coordinating interviews and managing client feedback

· Negotiating offers and managing the onboarding process

· Maintaining accurate ATS records

You should be comfortable working on 10–15 active requisitions simultaneously while consistently delivering quality candidates in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while meeting client SLAs.

Qualifications

7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
Extensive experience recruiting within high-volume MSP/VMS environments where you have achieved 30+ contractors on billing
Strong sourcing, interviewing, candidate management, and closing skills
Excellent communication, organization, and time-management abilities
Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) preferably Bullhorn
Ability to self prioritize and work independently in a fully remote environment
U.S. Citizen required

This position is ideal for a recruiter who thrives in high-volume MSP/VMS environments, enjoys autonomy, takes complete ownership of their desk, and consistently delivers results with minimal oversight and wants to be highly compensated.

You are self-driven, accountable, organized, and know how to move candidates efficiently from sourcing through onboarding while providing an outstanding candidate experience.

Preferred Experience

· IT, engineering, and professional staffing

· Recruiting for Fortune 500 clients

· Supporting enterprise MSP/VMS platforms such as SAP Fieldglass, Beeline, Magnit, or similar

Compensation

We offer a base salary, a very competitive commission structure, and a comprehensive benefits package.
