What You’ll Do

Become a product expert and help customers successfully use Bright Data’s platform.
Provide professional technical support via email and phone.
Troubleshoot customer issues and identify root causes.
Explain technical concepts in a clear and customer-friendly way.
Recommend best practices and optimal workflows.
Work closely with Engineering, Product, and other internal teams to resolve complex issues.
Handle multiple customer requests while maintaining a high level of quality and responsiveness.
Continuously learn about new product features and technologies.

Requirements

Previous experience in Technical Support, Product Support, Help Desk, Customer Support, or a similar technical customer-facing role.

Ability to understand technical documentation and quickly learn new technologies.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently, stay organized, and take ownership of customer issues.
