Total Plumbing Service Inc. is one of North Texas' leading residential plumbing companies with specialization in water, sewer, and gas leak detection and repair. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our field team, develop technicians, and help drive the next phase of our success.

What You'll Do
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of residential plumbing technicians through daily coaching, ride-alongs, and performance development
- Drive revenue growth by improving technician effectiveness, customer communication, and service execution
- Monitor and manage key performance indicators including average ticket, conversion rates, technician productivity, and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate closely with dispatch and office staff to maximize scheduling efficiency and customer coverage
- Develop technicians' abilities to identify customer needs, present solutions, and build trust in the home
- Recruit, interview, onboard, and train new team members
- Conduct regular performance reviews and hold technicians accountable to company standards
- Address customer concerns and assist with escalated service situations when necessary
- Ensure all work is performed safely, professionally, and in compliance with company policies and industry standards
- Help strengthen and maintain a positive team culture focused on growth, accountability, and excellence
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of residential plumbing experience required
- Residential HVAC management experience preferred
- Previous service management, field supervisor, or leadership experience preferred
- Strong understanding of residential service plumbing operations
- Proven ability to coach and develop technicians to improve both performance and confidence
- Experience managing KPIs and using data to drive operational decisions
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to balance accountability with positive team development
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service software is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $90,000 - $120,000 annually (depending on experience)
