U Pull Auto Parts is looking for a Sales Associate to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work in the automotive recycling industry where customer service, technology, and hands-on work come together every day.

What You’ll Do
As a Sales Associate, you will help customers find the right parts, operate our point-of-sale systems, and keep daily operations running smoothly.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Provide friendly, professional customer service in person and over the phone
- Assist customers with locating vehicles and identifying interchangeable parts using computerized inventory systems
- Clean and maintain organization of retail area daily
- Quote part prices and complete sales transactions
- Collect customer yard entry fees and operate cash register systems
- Marketing our company to potential and repeat customers Building
- Handle customer questions, returns, exchanges, and core returns professionally
- Build relationships with repeat customers and local business partners
- Communicate with yard and production employees to coordinate daily operations
- Maintain accurate records and update inventory information
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe retail environment
- Assist with vehicle movement and inventory removal when needed
- Operate a forklift (training available)

Requirements
- Basic computer and smartphone skills
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass required screening
- High school diploma/GED preferred
- Automotive knowledge is helpful but not required — we will train the right person
Physical Requirements
This is an active, hands-on position. You should be comfortable with:
- Standing and walking for extended periods
- Bending, lifting, pushing, and pulling
- Working outdoors in changing weather conditions
- Occasionally handling parts, tools, oil, grease, and dirt
Schedule
- Full-time
- Day shift
- 9-hour shifts
- Some weekends required

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
