Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Therapy Recruiter specializing in School Health to join our dedicated talent acquisition team. In this vital role, you will drive the recruitment of qualified therapy professionals—including speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, and physical therapists—who are passionate about making a difference in student health and well-being. Your proactive approach will ensure that school districts and educational institutions have access to top-tier talent, supporting their mission to provide exceptional health services to students. This position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your recruiting expertise within a fast-paced, mission-driven environment committed to positive impact.

The Therapy Recruiter (TR) is an essential part of Ro Health Therapy’s success in filling client needs with high-quality staff who are on-boarded quickly and accurately. As our most skilled recruiter, they are tasked with bringing in high numbers of new Providers into the organization. The Therapy Recruiter is the leading expert in recruiting SLPs, OTs, and PTs. TPRs work closely with our branch teams to expand upon their existing recruiting strategy, fill more client needs, and help maintain a high-quality standard among their Providers.

TRs should maintain a company-leading level of recruitment activity and meet weekly with teams they are supporting in order to ensure accurate recruiting, onboarding, and placement of Providers.

Duties

Develops and executes recruitment strategies to attract, screen, and hire quality healthcare professionals who meet clients’ immediate and projected needs
Utilizes various recruitment and marketing methods to source and bring a high volume of new Providers into the organization that meet both the needs of our clients and the expectations of our branch teams
Ensure all newly hired Providers are clear on their wage, benefits, communication expectations, compliance commitments, and performance expectations prior to an offer of employment
Facilitate handoffs to branch teams for ongoing management of new Providers
Meets weekly with teams they are supporting to gain updated information on needs, provide an update on candidates, grow relationships with teams and coordinate recruitment and marketing strategy
Meet with RAMs regularly to align efforts with opportunities for existing market growth or new market expansion
Documents candidate, field staff, and client correspondence and activities within Ro Health’s system of record
Aids in training and professional development efforts of current and incoming staffing consultants
Represent Ro Health at industry-related recruiting, marketing, or outreach events with the aim to build brand awareness and gain access to more qualified candidates
