Remote Appointment Scheduler

Complete Contracting, Inc. – Sioux Falls, SD (Remote)

Part‑Time | Remote | Customer Support / Administrative

About Us

Complete Contracting, Inc. is a custom home builder serving the Sioux Falls region for more than 20 years. We specialize in affordable, high‑quality custom homes and provide full‑service support to clients throughout the home‑building process. We are seeking a reliable, organized, and customer‑focused Remote Appointment Scheduler to support our growing client base and ensure smooth communication between homeowners, vendors, and our internal team.

Position Summary

The Remote Appointment Scheduler is responsible for managing inbound inquiries, scheduling consultations, coordinating builder and design appointments, and maintaining accurate communication records. This role is ideal for someone who is detail‑oriented, professional, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment. You will be the first point of contact for many clients and play a key role in delivering a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Answer and respond to inbound calls, emails, and website inquiries in a timely and professional manner

Schedule client consultations, design meetings, site visits, and vendor appointments

Maintain and update the company’s digital calendar and scheduling system

Confirm appointments, send reminders, and follow up with clients as needed

Coordinate availability between clients, the builder, design staff, and subcontractors

Document all communication and scheduling activity in company systems

Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, file organization, and email management

Provide exceptional customer service and represent Complete Contracting, Inc. with professionalism

Identify urgent scheduling needs and escalate time‑sensitive issues to the appropriate team members

Support the team with special projects or administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred

1+ year of experience in scheduling, administrative support, customer service, or related field

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Proficiency with email, digital calendars, and basic office software (Google Workspace or Microsoft Office)

Professional phone etiquette and customer‑focused mindset

Experience in construction, real estate, or home‑building industries is a plus but not required

Work Environment

Fully remote position

Requires reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace

Regular communication via phone, email, and virtual meetings
