Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Visual Content & Design Specialist to elevate our brand’s visual storytelling across multiple platforms. This role is perfect for a creative professional passionate about crafting compelling digital and print visuals that resonate with audiences. As a key contributor to our marketing and branding initiatives, you will harness your expertise in graphic design, motion graphics, AI, and web aesthetics to produce engaging content that drives brand recognition and engagement. Join us to transform ideas into captivating visual experiences that inspire and inform!

Responsibilities

Develop and execute visual concepts for digital campaigns, social media, websites, and store promotions, ensuring alignment with brand identity and marketing goals
Create high-quality graphic designs, illustrations, logos, and branding materials using tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Produce engaging motion graphics and video content utilizing Adobe After Effects, Video editing software, and other animation tools to enhance storytelling
Design user interface (UI) elements and layout designs for web pages using Figma, InVision, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to optimize user experience
Capture still and video content, photo manipulation, and digital art projects to generate original content that supports marketing campaigns
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure visual consistency across all channels while maintaining high standards of color management, typography, and visual hierarchy
Oversee sign manufacturing processes for physical displays or promotional signage as needed

Skills

Strong proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and digital design tools on the cutting edge content creation
Experience in motion graphics creation using Adobe After Effects and video editing skills for compelling multimedia content
Expertise in branding principles, art direction, color theory, typography, and production design to craft cohesive visual identities and managing consistent brand identity across external touchpoints
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Detail oriented, able to maintain organized content and image libraries
Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate creative concepts clearly to stakeholders
Familiarity with content and project management systems like Monday.com and Podio
