Team Alpha Charlie of Douglas Realty is a Zillow Preferred (Flex) team based in Pasadena, MD, and we're actively adding licensed agents who want a real shot at building a serious real estate business. Not another "join us and figure it out" pitch. Qualified leads in your hand. Coaching from a team leader who's sold over 250 homes in the last five years. What You'll Do

Convert Zillow Flex and team-generated leads into appointments, contracts, and closings.
Conduct buyer consultations and listing appointments using TAC's proven framework.
Show homes, write offers, negotiate contracts, and walk clients from first call to settlement.
Maintain accurate CRM activity, follow up consistently, and work the database.
Hit weekly activity standards (calls, appointments, closings) — we measure what matters.
Show up coachable, professional, and ready to execute.

Who We're Looking For

Active Maryland real estate license — or actively in the process of obtaining one (required).
New agents who are hungry, coachable, and willing to outwork their peers — welcome.
Experienced agents who feel stuck, under-leveraged, or stalled on a team that's not delivering — especially welcome.
Professional, client-first, follows-through-on-commitments operators only.
Willingness to follow proven systems instead of reinventing the wheel.
