Eclipsyum is a consulting and marketing agency that helps growing businesses build stronger brands, generate qualified leads, improve operations, and turn marketing activity into measurable business results.

We support multiple companies across construction, home services, roofing, insulation, remodeling, logistics, and consumer products. Our work includes marketing strategy, websites, SEO, paid advertising, branding, social media, content creation, CRM support, reporting, automation, and campaign execution.

We are not a traditional agency that only makes things look nice. We focus on practical growth, better systems, stronger follow-up, cleaner execution, and marketing that connects directly to leads, booked appointments, pipeline, revenue, and long-term brand growth.

About the Role

We are looking for a creative, hands-on Creative Webflow Developer & AI Content Creator to support our growing marketing team across multiple brands in construction, roofing, insulation, remodeling, home services, logistics, and consumer products.

This role is for someone who can build and improve websites, create strong content, use AI tools to work faster, and support marketing campaigns that generate real business results.

This is not just a graphic design role. This is not just a content writing role. This is not just a basic website update role. We need someone creative who can combine web development, content creation, AI tools, SEO thinking, and marketing execution.

Google Ads experience is a strong plus.

What You Will Do

Build, edit, and improve websites using Webflow.
Create and update landing pages, service pages, blogs, location pages, forms, call-to-action sections, and website content.
Work with the marketing team to improve website design, user experience, mobile layout, page speed, and conversion rates.
Create content for websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, landing pages, ads, and marketing materials.
Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Canva AI, or similar tools to help with content ideas, research, outlines, copywriting, SEO briefs, and creative production.
Edit AI-generated content so it sounds human, clear, useful, and aligned with the brand.
Support SEO content creation, including keyword-focused pages, meta titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal links, and basic on-page optimization.
Create visuals, graphics, short-form content, website assets, and marketing materials as needed.
Assist with social media content planning, captions, creative concepts, and campaign ideas.
Support Google Ads landing pages, ad copy ideas, campaign content, and conversion-focused page updates.
Work with designers, writers, SEO specialists, paid ads managers, developers, and leadership to complete marketing projects.
Keep website updates, content tasks, and creative projects organized in ClickUp or similar project management tools.
Review website pages for broken links, missing content, weak calls to action, formatting issues, mobile layout problems, and outdated information.
Help improve marketing systems, templates, content workflows, creative processes, and website update procedures.

Required Experience

Experience building or editing websites in Webflow.
Experience creating content for websites, social media, blogs, landing pages, or marketing campaigns.
Strong creative judgment and ability to make content look clean, modern, and professional.
Experience using AI tools for content creation, research, marketing ideas, or workflow improvement.
Basic understanding of SEO, website structure, page titles, meta descriptions, headings, keywords, and user experience.
Ability to write clear, simple, professional marketing content.
Comfortable working on multiple brands or projects at the same time.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to follow instructions, meet deadlines, and manage tasks without constant reminders.
Comfortable working onsite Monday through Friday.

Preferred Experience

Google Ads experience.
Experience creating or improving landing pages for paid ads.
Experience with WordPress, Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, HubSpot, ClickUp, or similar tools.
Experience creating content for construction, roofing, insulation, remodeling, HVAC, restoration, home services, logistics, or local service businesses.
Basic understanding of conversion rate optimization.
Basic understanding of website speed, mobile performance, and user experience.
Experience creating short-form video ideas, reels, graphics, or social media campaigns.

Bilingual English / Spanish is a plus.

AI Tool Expectations

We want someone who uses AI tools intelligently, not someone who copies and pastes generic garbage and calls it strategy.

You should be able to use AI tools to help with:

Content ideas
SEO outlines
Blog drafts
Landing page drafts
Social media captions
Ad copy ideas
Competitor research
Website copy improvements
Campaign concepts
Content calendars
Creative briefs
Workflow improvements

AI should make your work faster and sharper, but you still need taste, judgment, editing ability, and common sense. Tragically, AI still cannot install those into people.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone creative, organized, fast, curious, and detail-oriented.

The right person should enjoy building websites, improving content, testing ideas, using AI tools, and helping brands look more professional online.

You should be comfortable taking a rough idea and turning it into a clean website section, landing page, blog outline, social post, or campaign asset.

You should also be comfortable receiving feedback, making revisions, and improving the work until it is ready to publish.

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
