Full Job Description

Job Summary

The Marketing Element is looking for a Digital Marketing & Design Specialist to manage paid social campaigns, build visual assets, and keep client websites running smoothly. This role blends hands-on design work with campaign execution and site management, ideal for someone who can move between Meta Ads Manager, a design file, and a client's website in the same day. You'll work closely with our creative team and clients to turn strategy into deliverables that actually move the needle for local RGV businesses.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Social Advertising

Set up, manage, and optimize ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook and Instagram) for client accounts
Monitor performance, adjust targeting and budgets, and report on campaign results
Apply conversion optimization techniques, testing landing pages and calls-to-action to improve engagement and conversions
Stay current on platform updates and best practices for Meta Ads Manager

Graphic Design

Design logos, flyers, and other brand assets for client accounts using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar tools
Light Edit and retouching photos for client marketing materials

Website Design & Management

Build and update client websites (layout, content, plugin integrations) using CMS platforms like WordPress
Apply basic SEO best practices to site content, including keyword research to support organic search visibility
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues as they arise
Ensure sites are mobile-friendly, on-brand, and aligned with client goals

Marketing Support

Track campaign and website performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools, and use those insights to adjust strategy
Support email marketing efforts, including content, segmentation, and basic automation, where clients need it
Contribute to content creation across formats (copy, graphics, short video) as needed for client accounts

Client Coordination

Communicate directly with clients via shared team chat platforms
Translate client goals into ad, design, or web deliverables
Collaborate with the content and social media team to keep visual branding consistent across channels

Qualifications

1-3 years of professional experience in digital marketing, design, or web management (agency experience a plus)
Demonstrated experience managing ad campaigns in Meta Ads Manager
Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite or Canva) including basic motion graphics and photo editing
Experience building or managing websites (WordPress or similar), including plugin management and basic SEO
Comfortable with web analytics tools (Google Analytics or similar) to track and report on performance
Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp or similar) is a plus
Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred for client communication
Highly organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable managing multiple client accounts at once
Strong initiative and a desire to grow within a creative agency
