Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Coordinator to join team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and executing compelling marketing campaigns that elevate brand visibility and drive engagement across multiple digital channels. Your expertise will help optimize our online presence, enhance content strategies, and manage advertising initiatives to achieve measurable growth. This paid position is commission based, and pay is entirely up to the amount of work you do.

Duties

Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and other paid channels to maximize reach and ROI.
Create engaging content for social media, email marketing, and other digital platforms that align with brand voice and marketing goals.
Analyze web analytics reporting using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other marketing analytics platforms to measure campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
Design visually appealing graphics and multimedia assets using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for use in campaigns, social media posts, and website content.
Oversee social media management by planning, executing, and monitoring social media advertising campaigns across various platforms to increase engagement and followers.

Requirements

Proven experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Ads (AdWords), SEM (Search Engine Marketing), Facebook Advertising, and marketing automation platforms.
Strong proficiency in SEO techniques, including keyword research, on-page optimization (HTML/CSS), and link-building strategies.
Skills in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop and Canva for video styling.
Knowledge of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, for tracking campaign performance metrics effectively.
Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling messages tailored for diverse audiences.
Ability to analyze data trends using analytics tools to inform strategy adjustments for improved results.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and understanding of digital campaign setup within these environments is advantageous.
