Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist – SEO & Backlink Outreach

Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with expertise in SEO,

search engine ranking strategies, backlink acquisition, and guest posting outreach.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving our website’s organic visibility,

driving qualified traffic, and enhancing domain authority through ethical, white-hat SEO techniques

and strategic content partnerships.

You will work cross-functionally with content, design, and analytics teams to execute and optimize campaigns

that increase rankings, generate high-quality backlinks, and position our brand as an industry thought leader.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Ranking:

Conduct comprehensive keyword research and competitive analysis to identify ranking opportunities.

Optimize on-page elements (titles, meta descriptions, headers, content, internal linking) for target keywords.

Monitor and report on SERP rankings, organic traffic, and SEO KPIs using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics.

Implement technical SEO improvements in collaboration with developers (e.g., site speed, mobile optimization, schema markup, crawlability).

Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and adjust strategies accordingly.

Backlink Strategy & Acquisition:

Develop and execute a scalable backlink strategy to improve domain authority and organic rankings.

Identify high-authority, relevant websites for link-building opportunities.

Manage outreach campaigns to secure editorial backlinks, resource links, and niche edits.

Track and analyze backlink profile health using tools like Ahrefs or Moz; disavow toxic links as needed.

Build relationships with bloggers, journalists, and webmasters for long-term link partnerships.

Guest Posting & Content Outreach:

Research and pitch guest post opportunities on authoritative industry blogs and publications.

Collaborate with content writers to create high-value, SEO-optimized guest articles aligned with target keywords and audience intent.

Manage end-to-end guest posting process: outreach, negotiation, submission, follow-up, and performance tracking.

Ensure all guest content adheres to brand voice, includes relevant links, and drives referral traffic.

Reporting & Collaboration:

Prepare monthly performance reports highlighting SEO progress, backlink growth, and guest post ROI.

Recommend data-driven optimizations to improve campaign effectiveness.

Collaborate with content, social media, and paid marketing teams to align SEO with broader marketing goals.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required:

2+ years of hands-on experience in SEO, backlink building, and digital marketing.

Proven track record of improving organic rankings and acquiring high-quality backlinks.

Experience with guest posting outreach and content placement on third-party sites.

Proficiency with SEO tools: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, Google Search Console.

Strong understanding of Google’s ranking factors and white-hat SEO best practices.

Excellent written communication and outreach/negotiation skills.

Self-starter with strong organizational and project management abilities.

Preferred:

Experience in SaaS Product Submission, Reviews, AI Tools Submission.

Experience in working with SEO domain, as you need to increase ranking for our site :

Experience managing SEO tools or platforms at scale.

Portfolio or case studies demonstrating successful SEO or backlink campaigns.
