Overview
Join our dynamic manufacturing facility as an Industrial Maintenance Technician and become a vital part of our team dedicated to ensuring smooth, efficient operations. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of industrial equipment and systems. Your expertise will help maximize equipment uptime, improve safety standards, and support continuous production. We value proactive problem-solving, technical excellence, and a commitment to safety in our fast-paced environment.

Duties

Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment, including hydraulics, electrical systems, and mechanical components.
Troubleshoot and repair complex machinery using schematics, technical manuals, and analysis skills.
Operate precision measuring instruments such as ammeters, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately.
Conduct electrical work involving low voltage and high voltage systems while adhering to safety protocols.
Utilize field service skills to respond promptly to equipment failures or emergencies across the facility.
Support HVAC/R systems maintenance, including troubleshooting heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration units, and related controls.
Read and interpret mechanical schematics and technical drawings to execute repairs accurately.
Collaborate with team members to improve maintenance procedures and contribute to a safe working environment.

Requirements

Proven experience in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing facility environment.
Strong mechanical knowledge combined with electrical experience in industrial settings.
Hands-on experience with industrial electrician tasks involving low voltage and high voltage systems.
Hands-on experience with pipe fitting and repairs (Steel, PVC, Etc.).
Ability to read schematics, technical manuals, and use precision measuring instruments effectively.
Knowledge of hydraulics, HVAC systems, and safety standards.
Excellent analysis skills for diagnosing complex equipment issues quickly and accurately.
Customer service mindset with strong communication skills in English; ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
