Bellevue is a city in Jackson County, Iowa, United States. The population was 2,350 at the 2000 census. The town is located along the Mississippi River, next to Bellevue State Park. Potter's Mill, a restaurant and bed and breakfast that was formerly a flour mill built in 1845 is located in Bellevue. Potter's Mill is currently named on the National Register of Historic Places.
