Burlington is a city in Wisconsin, United States. The population was 9,936 at the 2000 census. The city is located mostly within the Town of Burlington. The city is in Racine County. Burlington is nicknamed "Chocolate City, U.S.A.", due to the Nestlé chocolate headquarters built there in 1965. Burlington is also home to an annual ChocolateFest on Memorial Day weekend. The area known as Voree, Wisconsin, home to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints is located just outside the city.
