US 2 connects with M-69 at Crystal Falls, about 20 miles northwest, and with US 8 at Norway, about six miles east. US 141 north merges with US 2 just east of the city. US 141 continues south into Wisconsin. M-95 connects with Kingsford just to the south and with M-69 east at Randville about 14 miles north.
