Quitman is a city in Nodaway County, Missouri, United States. The population was 46 at the 2000 census. It is the birthplace to wrestling legend Harley Race. John S. Bilby founded the Bilby Ranch from here which in the early 1900s was the second largest ranch in the country with land throughout the southwest. Missouri Governor Forrest C. Donnell was born here.
