Rossford is a city in Wood County, Ohio, along the Maumee River. The population was 6,406 at the 2000 census. The town lies at the Crossroads of America, the intersection of Interstate 75 and the Ohio Turnpike. Bass Pro Shops recently purchased a multi-million dollar parcel of land at the Crossroads after looking at the Toledo Marina District. Rossford has a large school district with three public grade-schools: Glenwood, Eagle Point, and Indian Hills; a junior-high, a high-school, and All Saints Catholic school, a Pre-K through 8th grade school. The town's library recently incorporated a two million dollar renovation.
