Hartford, Wisconsin

Hartford is a city in Washington and Dodge counties, in the state of Wisconsin. As of the 2000 census, the city had a population of 10,905. The city is growing at estimated rate of 10.66% annually, resulting in an estimated population of 12,068 in 2004. Current municipal estimates put this figure even higher. The city was the site of an F1 tornado touchdown on June 18, 2006, which caused minor damage to homes in the area, but major damage on the city's south side to Lincoln Elementary School and the Silver Bell Motel, which both suffered roof and structural damage.
