Sayre, Oklahoma

Sayre is a town in Beckham County, in Western Oklahoma, the United States. It is half-way between Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and Amarillo, Texas on Interstate 40 , and the historic "Route 66". The population was 4,114 at the 2000 census. It is the county seat of Beckham County .
