• Gautam Godhwani

  Chief Executive Officer (CEO) & Co-founder

  Gautam runs the show at Simply Hired, and the buck stops in his cube. And if he keeps us headed in the right direction, it may even become two bucks. In the meantime, he encourages us to do a lot with a little, and to be creative with our ideas and our energy (translation: free popcorn, unlimited O'Reilly books, but no aeron chairs). Gautam has lots of experience starting startups, and finding great people to help grow them. Prior to Simply Hired, he co-founded the India Community Center to help bring the SF bay area community closer together. Before that, he was CEO and co-founder of AtWeb, an Internet 1.0 company acquired by Netscape/AOL in 1998. AtWeb made a product called Web Site Garage that helped millions of small businesses "tune-up" their websites and register them with all the leading search engines (yes, once upon a time there was more than one). Before the dot-com era, Gautam worked for several small businesses including HP, IBM, and Microsoft.

• Dion Lim

  President & Chief Operating Officer (COO)

  Dion keeps things humming here at Simply Hired with a mix of entrepreneurial passion and operational excellence. An experienced exec, his resume spans the Internet and financial worlds: co-founder of Epinions.com (now Shopping.com), COO at Chinese portal Sina.com, Director of Biz Dev at Quote.com (now Lycos), co-founder of the "dot-com Petri dish" Round Zero, marketing exec at Schwab (ok, we're pretty sure he's making up some of this stuff now) and way back when: excel jockey at Morgan Stanley and due diligence grunt at Hambrecht & Quist. In fact, the only company we know he didn't have a hand in is Initech... although he does have a certain penchant for red Swingline staplers.

• Brian Corey

  Senior Vice-President, Sales

  Brian is the spark that ignites the sales force here at Simply Hired. Prior to joining the Simply Hired team, he was a VP of Sales for Monster.com where he spent 8+ years respected by colleagues and clients for his ethics, upbeat nature and most importantly, love for Seinfeld. Brian is a seasoned sales executive with 25+ years of experience, including roles at MRT Micro, Rexon Corporation, Wang Labs and selling word processors for a tiny company out east called Xerox. A marketing graduate of Boston College, he credits Blondie's 1980 hit single "Call Me" with his decision to pursue a career in sales instead.

• James Levine

  Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

  James keeps the gears oiled and the Oompa-Loompas singing at Simply Hired. His experience in architecting systems and assembling teams of code ninjas was gained from 20+ years of consulting, working for a series of obscure companies such as Netscape/AOL, Silicon Graphics, Sony, General Magic, Hewlett-Packard, Xerox, IBM and even Hard Rock Café (not his first choice, but Hooters implied he didn't do justice to the uniform). James first met Gautam and Peter while consulting for AtWeb. A world traveler who has cycled across northern Europe (where his ability to speak Japanese was oddly underappreciated), he is a graduate of Pitzer College, a native of Southern California and has a healthy fear of cows.
