Assists Manager/Director with mentoring/training of Coder I team members and clinical practice students from various colleges. Required - 2 years of Coding.

Assists Manager/Director with mentoring/training of Coder I and Coder II team members and clinical practice students from various colleges.

Knowledge of telephone etiquette, with adequate oral and written communication skills. Knowledge of the medical field preferred.

Reviews clinical documentation to ensure valid ICD-10-CM codes are assigned. Improve own professional knowledge and skill level. Ability to work with a team.

$24.30 - $36.16 an hour

All candidates must maintain certification through either AHIMA or AAPC. Coding certification to include the following: COC, CCS, CCS-P or CPC.
