Work Monday to Friday in the office. Phone call is 1 in 5 for hospital duties. They admit to only one hospital with over 200 beds and 150 physicians on staff. The serving area is over 200,000 people. The payer mix is mostly HMO and PPO with some Medicare and Private Pay. This is an employed position with salary based on experience and there is an additional bonus structure. They cover malpractice insurance with tail, relocation, 401k with match, health and dental, disability, life insurance, CME allowance and 1 week off and 3 weeks vacation.
