Position Summary: The Division Manager in the Department of Medicine is responsible for managing operations in designated divisions of the Department of Medicine with a focus on improving the patient experience, faculty experience, quality of care, and financial performance of the Department of Medicine. These initiatives will be conceived, designed and implemented across campuses within the Department, in close collaboration with UMMHC hospital management.
