Facilities Project Coordinator
Position, Facilities Project Coordinator, within the Facility Management department. Responsibilities: Assist with the management of the site and building-related programs; including space allocation, seating plans and updating CAFM Software (archibus). Manage contractors on repairs/maintenance projects occurring in the facility. Work with internal customers, Maintenance Management Systems and GMP facility planners to coordinate resources. Outline satisfactory construction and safety practices and ensure timely completion of various building maintenance repairs and project activities. Track and trend performance parameters.
