Pharmacy ManagerAdvanced Home Care - Charlotte, NCDESCRIPTION The Pharmacy Manager is responsible for the day to day operations of the regional pharmacy this includes the coordination of patient care from referral process to order delivery. The Pharmacy Manager coordinates technician services including warehouse shipping and receiving, technician scheduling, compounding, staff evaluations, quality assurance and dispensing. The Pharmacy Manager is responsible for performing the activities of a Home Care Infusion Pharmacist and all other duties assigned. The Pharmacy Manager will work with the Branch Manager for day-to-day pharmacy operations and will be responsible to the Director of Pharmacy Services/Regional Director for the management of staff, clinical services and strategic planning.
