Salad Production/PrepSodexo - River Forest, ILSalad Production/Prep River Forest,IL Must be able to read and comprehend recipes and/or product directions. Position involves planning, organizing and producing menued requirements. Plan for proper portion control and food presentation. Salad preparation will include operating a variety of kitchen utensils to weigh, measure, mix, wash, peel, cut, grind, stir, strain, season, knead foodstuffs for cooking, serving and storing. Must conduct a taste test of all food produced to assure product quality. The Salad Production employee is expected to set up salad bars. The Salad Production employee may also be required to distribute supplies and equipment. Must be able to lift 25 pounds or 50 pounds with assistance using proper lifting techniques.
