Sr Accountant/Analyst
Position Purpose This position is responsible for the integrity of the inventory transactions from stock ledger into general ledger balance sheet. Analyze, research and review inventory transactions with a primary focus on perpetual to general ledger integrity and margin reporting. Analyze, research and reconcile selected inventory accounts and cost discrepancies. Support and assist the departement manager in developing and recommending accounting strategies regarding vendor proposals and contract negotiations of vendor supported funding. Effectively communicate with field associates, corporate support staff and senior management to ensure issues relating to inventory accounting are brought to the appropriate individuals for action.
