General Manager
Responsible for generating profit to meet or exceed budget expectations, while maintaining operational and guest service standards. Provides leadership at the property and projects a professional image. Demonstrates good communication skills. Recruits and hires service oriented people to work at the property. Holds monthly staff meetings. Prepares timely staff work schedules. Evaluates associates work performance. Is visible to all guests and associates. Is on call 24 hours a day and is able to respond to any associate problem, maintenance condition, guest problem, breach of security or emergency.
