It is the primary responsibility The F&B Administration Assistant Manager assists in providing support to the Food and Beverage Sales and Marketing Department through their responsibilities and acting as a resource for their department. As a result, this position allows the department to minimize the administrative responsibilities of the Sales and Marketing Managers so that they may narrow their focus to daily business priorities. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and MGM Grand policies, practices and procedures.
Specific Job Functions:
* Coordinates departmental signage and promotional collateral needs with internal marketing department, corporate marketing department, and vendors.
