Accounting/Finance InternJefferson Wells International - Milwaukee, WIThe intern is responsible for various Finance functions, including, but not limited to account reconciliations, accounts payable entries, reporting, and new client and contact set-ups. Responsibilities: * Accounts Payable entry * Accounts Receivable reconciliations and reporting * Assist with the invoicing process * Assisting with the monthly book for all offices * Field Reporting * Filing and other clerical assistance as needed * Generate regular and ad-hoc reports (manipulate data) capturing useful data * Perform assigned audits as needed * Reconcile accounts, calculating updates as necessary * Responsible for updating Engagement Record Forms * Responsible for working both independently and with the finance team on a variety of tasks and projects * Set-up of new vendors in PeopleSoft...
