Design Automation Engineer - Hardware Tools for Front-End ASIC Design (C++QUALCOMM - San Diego, CADigital ASIC/FPGA tool and design environment development and support. Responsibilities may include: - Optimizing and supporting the common chip development environment - Script automation of design processes and script maintenance - Working with vendor tools for chip tape-out (e.g., STA, power estimation, etc.) - Participating in the qualification of new tools and update of design methodology - Coordinating with various project groups and divisions - Participating in ASIC/FPGA development on the group's various projects Specific projects may involve areas such as functional simulation, formal verification, simulation acceleration, emulation, virtual platform, high-level synthesis, ASIC design database and source code generation flow, etc. Responsibilities include requirement...
