Job Summary:
PRIMARY PURPOSE:
Under the supervision of the Medical Director and Director of Group Practice is responsible for the evaluation and management of behavioral health services to patients and their families.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
* Provides for the assessment, treatment planning, and prescribing of medications of assigned patients and their families.
* Is responsible for the timely documentation of relevant information, contacts, and actions taken in the designated clinical record.
