Our Austin, TX client is seeking an experienced HR Generalist on a contract to possible hire basis: Duties include, but are not limited to: Coordinate with finance on payroll and employee benefits Review and make recommendations for improvements on policies, procedures and practices Provide support for HR processes in North America such as recruitment and selection, performance management system and on-boarding Handle confidential HR information and exercise judgment to determine appropriate actions Serve as initial point of contact for North American employee enquiries, managing issues with assistance from HR Manager Track and maintain all employee records, ensuring compliance with Federal and State Legislation Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Degree strongly preferred PHR a plus...
