PATIENT SAFETY MANAGERExempla Healthcare - Denver, COThe Patient Safety Manager (Officer) has primary oversight of the facility-wide patient safety program. This leadership role will direct others within the facility towards process improvements that support the reduction of medical/ healthcare errors and other factors that contribute to unintended adverse patient outcomes.
