Residential Property Manager
Our Client, a well-known NYC Residential Real Estate Co. seeks experienced & self-directed individual with strong building operations & tenant relations skills to manage a portfolio of luxury residential rental properties. The portfolio consists of about 15 buildings, some mid-sized but the majority are luxury high-rise with 200+ apartments. All properties are in Manhattan . Minimum 7 years of RECENT NYC rental residential property management experience required, including familiarity with DHCR, DOB, etc. along with strong computer literacy (Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Lotus Notes)and organizational capabilities.
