Call Center Agent - Spanish BilingualMedica - Minnetonka, MNAs a call center agent you will be working in a fast-paced inbound call center environment. You will be the liaison between Medica and our health plan members. As a call center agent you will effectively use research and investigation skills for end-to-end resolution. As a call center agent you will go through a 6-8 week comprehensive training program where you will be learning hands-on about the products and systems you will be using. After training you will have a set schedule Monday - Friday and will be eligible for a monthly incentive based on your performance.
